    The insulated-lined pipes consist of metal skin and low-density ceramic fiber sleeve or custom fitting as liner. With excellent resistance to thermal shock and good resistance to chemical attack in corrosive atmosphere, this product can be widely used for insulation duckwork in various furnaces, dry ovens and hot air delivery lines etc., and insulation liner of vessels. Compared with castable insulating pipe, our product has lighter weight (just only 20% the weight of the castable insulation), better resistance to thermal shock and better strength. Its maximum operating temperature is about 1600(C), depending on the ceramic fiber used.
